Mission

We act as a liaison between the Shared Administrative Services teams and the Office of Information Technology to support areas with proprietary software that require special knowledge of business practices for the software to be utilized to its full potential. Some of the systems supported include EnergyCap, MatrixCare, JAMF, Quadient, and others. We provide invaluable support to the departments of Shared Administrative Services in their daily operations by partnering with Process Review on identifying and developing efficiencies with the use of technology.
